What we promise
Each seed lot is checked for germination in our quality programme before packing. Sow as per the guide on the pack, and you can expect strong, healthy sprouting. If a batch fails to germinate as it should, we will replace it.

The Germination Promise
Every lot we pack is lab-tested for viability before it ships, and we target 95%+ germination. If you sow as guided and your seeds fall well short within the 14-day replacement window, we'll send a free replacement — no quibbling.
Email support@katyayaniorganics.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of how you sowed. We'll review and dispatch a free replacement lot. You can also start the process from our refund policy page.
Gardening has variables we can't control — extreme weather, over- or under-watering, poor soil or sowing outside the recommended season. We ask that you follow the sowing guide on the product page so we can fairly tell seed quality apart from growing conditions.
